Workshop “Practical Knowledge Management” (incl. 4 weeks web space and support)

Description

During this four-hour workshop, your own knowledge database will be built and structured to directly and practically address the topic of knowledge management in your company. Deep IT knowledge is not required.

Each participant will be provided with their own web space for installation and use during the course. The database is built up together step by step.

The web space can then be used freely for another 4 weeks. Afterwards you can download and transfer your created data to your own system.

This way you don’t lose anything and don’t have to start all over again on your own!

– Installation of the DokuWiki on the web space
– Determining the requirements
– Structuring the planned content
– Creation of test content
– Interrelationships and application in practice

Basic instructions are given on how to build a dynamic, user-controlled knowledge database. Participation” is emphasised here, as each participant is actively involved in the workshop. There is enough room for questions. The trainer can be shown the screen during the course if problems/questions arise.

After the workshop, each participant is able to set up and maintain an in-house knowledge system and to instruct other users.

The number of participants in this group workshop is limited in order to be able to convey content interactively.

During the workshop and for 4 weeks thereafter, each participant will have access to the fully functional knowledge database he or she
and fully functional knowledge database will be made available to each participant. In addition, there is support in an online working group on dincy.net, which is moderated by the trainer.

1 participating person per booking. The workshop takes place online in a virtual classroom. Headset and webcam are obligatory. A workstation with 2 monitors is recommended.
